A quality content piece may be a new service page, substantive page refresh, or useful article. Clinical content requires practice approval. Scope, term, renewal, cancellation, locations, and third-party costs are confirmed in the written agreement; existing agreements govern existing clients.

A useful way to think about value.

Use contribution profit, not gross revenue, when estimating what additional attended visits could contribute after variable care costs.

Hypothetical example · not a forecast

If an additional attended visit contributes $150 after variable costs, a $750 monthly program would need 5 additional attended visits to cover that fee; a $1,500 program would need 10. This simplified example excludes other fixed or acquisition costs and assumes those visits are truly incremental. Your practice’s figures may differ. Search clicks and inquiries do not establish attended visits or ROI.

Questions practice owners ask

SEO + AI pricing FAQs

Should I start with a website or a monthly visibility program?

Start with the biggest gap. If visitors cannot understand your services or contact your team, a website build or redesign may come first. If the site is sound but nearby patients struggle to find it, Local Visibility may be the useful starting point. Practice Authority suits a practice ready to maintain deeper content and broader service coverage. We recommend scope after reviewing the current situation.

What is the difference between Local Visibility and Practice Authority?

Local Visibility is $750/month and includes profile management, priority on-page/local improvements, two quality content pieces per month, review guidance, AI-search foundations, and reporting. Practice Authority is $1,500/month and includes that foundation with four total quality content pieces per month, deeper service and location coverage, competitor-gap research, authority opportunities, and conversion review. A content piece may be a useful new page, substantial refresh, or article; topics and clinical approvals are agreed with your practice.

How long before we see SEO or AI-search results?

Useful corrections can be visible immediately on your site or profile, while search visibility usually needs sustained work and may take several months to change meaningfully. AI answers vary across platforms and contexts. We establish a baseline and report dated observations; no fixed timetable, patient volume, or return is guaranteed.

Are search rankings, AI citations, or patient bookings guaranteed?

No. We control the agreed work, accuracy checks, and reporting. Search algorithms, AI retrieval, patient choice, and your team’s scheduling capacity are outside our control. A contact action is not automatically a booked or attended visit.

Is AI search a separate add-on to SEO?

No. AI-search foundations and selected observations are included in both visibility programs. Traditional and AI-assisted search share many of the same requirements for clear, discoverable, reliable information. We do not sell a speculative $3,000 monthly tier or promise special markup will earn citations.

Is there a contract, and how do renewal and cancellation work?

The term, renewal, cancellation notice, and service responsibilities are confirmed in the written agreement before work begins. Existing signed agreements govern existing clients. We do not advertise an unconfirmed six-month commitment or month-to-month policy. Website installment plans require 12 payments; ongoing visibility programs are separate.

What costs or work are outside these prices?

A website build is separate from recurring visibility work. Paid advertising, premium software, domains, custom integrations, expanded locations, and extra content or support may require a separate approved quote. The proposal identifies third-party costs, revision scope, and renewal rates; there are no assumed unpublished add-on prices.

Who owns our website, profile, accounts, and content?

Your practice owns the completed website after full payment, subject to third-party licenses, and should retain ownership of its domain, Business Profile, and core accounts. Access, content rights, handover, and post-engagement support are set out in the agreement. Hosting, security, and basic website maintenance are included for the first 12 months; later support is separately confirmed.

How do you protect patient privacy in content, reviews, and tracking?

We use public practice information, require clinical approval for medical claims, and keep review replies from confirming patient status or treatment. Forms, analytics, call tracking, and any messaging must be reviewed against your practice’s data flows and privacy requirements before deployment. Clinical intake stays in approved systems; a marketing package does not automatically make a practice HIPAA compliant.

Growth without the chaos.

Start with your real services, your locations, and the gap you want to close. We’ll recommend a useful scope and confirm the details before work begins.
