To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solitude Enterprise LLC's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
